ROCORI saved the best for last on May 15 against Red Wing on Alumni Night at the Cold Spring Baseball Park, coming back late and walking it off in a 3-2 victory.

ROCORI hit the road for an evening game against Albany in St. Martin on May 14, jumping out to a large lead early to take the section showdown 13-8.

Those in attendance were treated to another close battle between ROCORI and Willmar on May 12, with the Cardinals edging out the Spartans 3-2 in a Central Lakes Conference showdown in Cold Spring.

The ROCORI Spartans had a pair of contests over the weekend — facing Willmar on Friday and Paynesville on Saturday — to put a bow on packed week of games that included six games in a week-long span.

ROCORI didn't waste any time jumping out ahead in CLC battle against Sauk Rapids on May 7, tallying eight runs in the first inning to cruise to a 9-2 victory over the Sauk Rapids at Bob Cross Field.

After a 24-run outburst the night prior, ROCORI wasn't able to carry the offensive explosion into a CLC battle against Sartell on May 5, falling to the Sabres 9-1 at the Cold Spring Baseball Park.

ROCORI opened up a busy week in a big way on May 4, exploding for 24 runs on 16 hits against Becker and taking down the Bulldogs 24-13 in six innings at the Cold Spring Baseball Park.

In what turned out to be a back-and-forth battle, ROCORI came up just short in a pitchers' duel with St. Thomas Academy on May 2 in Cold Spring, dropping the game 3-2.

Just like two nights prior, the ROCORI Spartans took the field for a doubleheader against Detroit Lakes, once again completing a sweep of the doubleheader to extend their winning streak to four in a row.

The ROCORI Baseball program is excited to announced it will be hosting three special nights spanning from May 12-16.
